Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

DIY Product Return Notice:  The Freedom15 Mold Kit is a Do It Yourself product. We DO NOT ACCEPT USED PRODUCT returns. 

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Your credit card billing address must match your shipping address otherwise we will not ship the product. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Mississippi State Sales Tax:

Mississippi, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to all customers residing in Mississippi.

To customers residing in states other than Mississippi, please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet and/or catalog purchases. While it is not the responsibility of AR15Mold to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authorities in your state directly. 

Product Warranty:

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. All parts and services offered by AR15Mold have undergone evaluation to insure the highest level of quality and performance, however, this is a DIY (Do it yourself product) without a warranty.  

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $12.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered item which must be returned fully intact with the original packaging via common carrier that provides package tracking.If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact customer service.

Order Cancellations:

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

• Item(s) not available. 
• Difficulty in processing your payment information. 
• Cannot ship to address provided. 
• Duplicate order was placed. 
• Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact customer service by e-mail or telephone for a recommendation. 

Secure Shopping:

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. Our website uses a secure socket for every transaction that you make with AR15Mold. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with AR15Mold you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
